Our New Sites Are Underway

Just a reminder that our two new sites are now up and running and I’m managing to slowly add content ( still a long way to go though ).

WWI Modeller covers all genres of WWI modelling, we’ve got up a bunch of walkarounds already with more to come, mostly armour so far but a couple of aircraft ones either already up or on the way.

WWII Modeller covers all genres and all scales. So far it’s mostly news releases but I’m working on a database of all online reviews which will hopefully bring to one place a complete list of all reviews and all walkarounds that are available online so that people can check them all out without having to hunt them out one by one.

I’m also looking to build up the gallery pages on all three sites so if you would like your work published here just drop me a line.

Introducing The New Website Additions To MilitatyModels(NZ)

So here we are then, this is what I’ve been working on for the past couple of weeks, and what I’ll most likely be working on for the next couple of years, two new sites, the first one devoted to WWI Modelling which will be like a slower moving version of this one but with more of an emphasis on the history of the whole thing than you get here.

The second one is devoted to WWII Modelling which will cover all scales and genres but rather than the more personal approach of this one will be mainly a news items blog together with what I hope will eventually become a central hub of modelling information with an organised list of all reviews, walkarounds, references etc that are available on the web – all in one place to simplify kit research.

So take a look and let me know what you think, ideas and suggestions are gladly received.

After the success of this site, and the fact that I like spending an hour or so every now and then working on this but it’s now got to the point that I don’t need to spend that much time on it ( yes I know, I still have about 15 reviews to edit and put up ) I’m starting two new sites. Well four actually but only two right now, the other two will be done when I’ve got the first two sorted.

These will both be up tomorrow and I’ll ad links. They’re actually live right now but only the framework is there and I want to make sure everything is working right before people come visiting. It’ll also take me quite a while to populate them with content but then this started with just one post 25 months ago so give it time. Hopefully they’ll be something people will use and enjoy.
