Another new set of figures from DML ( set number 6703 ). Again they’re of the type where you get four unconnected figures ( one from the Feldgendarmerie in the motorcycle gear, an SS figure, a Heer infantryman, and a panzer pioneer ) but they’re all early war which is good enough for me as we need more decent early war figures.
It’s also really good to see the MP38, the MP28 and especially the Vz.26 because there were an awful lot of those used by the German Army in the first few years but they are so seldom seen in kits. Makes you want to go out and buy the old Das Reich in France set ( 6309 ), the recent Panzer-Pioneer figure set ( 6651 ) and the Germania Figure set ( 6281 ) just to go with them ( that was probably the plan anyway ).
