“New” From Dragon Models – Navy SEAL “Commemorative” Re-Release

I have to admit I’m not overly impressed with this move as it smacks a bit too much of cashing in. These are two of DML’s older sets being re-released, ostensibly to commemorate SEAL Team 6′s successful mission to capture Osama Bin Laden in Operation Geronimo. Unfortunately the sets are rather dated and none of the figures are wearing the right uniforms or equipment nor carrying the correct weapons. None-the-less, it isn’t my job to judge so here they are for those interested.

I’m sure the frogmen played an important part in the assassination. They’d have burst up out of the toilet seats taking OBL by complete surprise. So long as it wasn’t curry night the evening before, it would have been fine…

Of course, why didn’t I think of that. Of course these will work fine if you want to spend a little time converting the uniforms, headgears, boots, optics, and weapons as well as adding comms and a figure in a body bag.
