New From Adalbertus – Boy and Girl with a Dog in Ruins, Warsaw 1939

This new pair of figures from Polish resin manufacturer Adalbertus ( number 35025 ) is described as Warsaw 1939 but these two look to me like they could be used in pretty much any setting throughout the war. I love the inclusion of the photos upon which they are based as well.

    I like the idea of the poses, but I’m not sure whether it’s the painting or the sculpting of the dog, it looks more like a giant possum to me

      Yeah it does ay. I actually thought it was a lamb till I saw the reference photo and then looked again and saw the tail.
