Nice set. That hats (budenovka) are one of the great symbols of the Russian Civil War, and the Polish-Soviet War (1919-21).
Also used in the Winter War against Finland, but were already being phased out by 1939.
Just the existence of those hats alone opens up opportunities for some really rare glimpses of history.
Yeah it’s always good to see something new, even if it’s the small things. I’d like to see a lot more 1936-1940 German stuff too.
