Cyber-Hobby is an arm of Dragon Models and generally releases two types of kits under their own name, the Orange Box sets which mate older kits with older figure sets and sells them at a lower price and the White Box sets which take a recent release and change it into an unusual variant that isn’t worth being released as a mainstream model and then sell it at a premium price.
This kit is one of the latter and honestly I just don’t think they are trying these days as all this kit does is take the recent 6397 kit, add a rooftop Pilze for mounting a boom crane to date it as a late ’44 model and then add a command antenna to make it a command version. And of course new markings. All things which in the not so recent past would have been included in the base kit anyway as optional parts.
So whilst this is a “new release” it really doesn’t actually give you anything truely new.
